EFFECT OF THE TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods in the online store sexbaza.eu between the customer of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and Sbaza OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “sexbaza.eu”).

In addition to these Terms of Sale, the relationship between the Customer and Sbaza OÜ is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

Sbaza OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale and the prices of goods. Any amendments shall enter into force upon their publication on the sexbaza.eu website.

PRICES

All prices in the online store sexbaza.eu are stated in euros and include turnover tax (where applicable in accordance with the current legislation of Estonia).

Sbaza OÜ reserves the right to change the prices of goods. The price applicable to the Customer is the price displayed in the online store at the time the order is placed.

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, the Customer selects the required goods and adds them to the shopping cart.

The contents of the shopping cart can be reviewed at any time before confirming the order. The quantity of goods may be changed, or individual items may be removed from the shopping cart.

Before confirming the order, the Customer must provide the required contact details and select a suitable delivery method.

To complete the order, the Customer must confirm the purchase by clicking the order confirmation button.

After the order has been placed, an order confirmation and purchase information will be sent to the Customer’s email address.

If the Customer selects payment by bank transfer or another advance payment method, the order will be processed after the full payment has been received.

Sbaza OÜ will dispatch the goods after confirmation of payment for the order.

ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES CONTRACT

By placing an order, the Customer confirms their acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

The sales contract between the Customer and Sbaza OÜ shall be deemed concluded once the online store has confirmed the order and full payment for the order has been received.

Sbaza OÜ reserves the right to cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled (for example, due to the unavailability of goods in stock), by notifying the Customer and refunding any payments made.
