PRODUCT DELIVERY

Sbaza OÜ delivers products throughout Estonia and to other countries within the European Union through trusted logistics partners.

Delivery charges depend on the destination country and are calculated according to the current rates of postal operators and logistics service providers.

The delivery fee is automatically added to the total order amount during checkout. Before confirming the order, the Customer can review the final order total, including both the cost of the products and the applicable delivery charges.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Once the sales contract has entered into force and full payment has been received, Sbaza OÜ begins processing the order and transfers it to a logistics partner for shipment.

Orders placed and fully paid for on business days before 1:00 PM (13:00) are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times depend on the destination country, the selected carrier, and the operational schedules of logistics providers. Delivery to certain regions or remote areas may take longer. In some cases, delivery within Europe may take up to 7 business days.

Sbaza OÜ reserves the right to dispatch orders only after full payment has been received for the purchased goods.

PARCEL LOCKER DELIVERY

To ensure maximum convenience and confidentiality, all orders are delivered to parcel lockers operated by our delivery partners.

When placing an order, the Customer may provide any convenient delivery address. Based on the address provided, we will select the nearest available parcel locker and notify the Customer of the collection location by email or via WhatsApp (if a telephone number was provided during checkout).

Home delivery or courier hand-to-hand delivery is not available. This delivery method has been chosen to ensure the highest level of privacy and confidentiality for our Customers.

The delivery charges stated above represent the standard shipping rates. If the shipping cost changes due to updated carrier tariffs or specific shipment requirements, the final delivery fee will be displayed in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is completed.

ORDER COLLECTION

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the Customer will receive a shipment notification together with tracking information, where such a service is provided by the selected delivery provider.

Upon receiving the order, the Customer is advised to inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If the package appears to be damaged, the Customer should immediately report the issue to the carrier and contact us by email at info@sexbaza.eu.

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of Sbaza OÜ (including, but not limited to, delays caused by logistics providers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other force majeure events), we will make every reasonable effort to keep the Customer informed about the status of the shipment and provide the necessary assistance.
